Another Start

Views

The first day of class, again. Winter quarter.
Well today was fairly interesting, I felt like I walked a bit too much. And it was pointless walking too. I had two classes today, and I manage to be tardy to one of them blowing off 10 points already. What a bad start, but I guess today wasn't that bad. I couldn't get in Econ 103, so I have to wait until Thursday to hopefully get in. I'm going to take the same teacher again, and I don't know why I insist in jumping in to flames again. I know this time I'll get burn, I barely passed with a C+ last quarter, but at least I kind of know the way she lectures and does her midterms. It gives me a slight edge, but the odds are still against me. Frick that.
Well, I went to Danny and Michael's pad and just chilled, my gosh it was so boring. Danny just played WoW for a really long time and I was just watching him play. It is easy to say that playing that game isn't a smart thing to do, but I guess its harder to quit then I say it is. Whatever, I hope I don't play another addicting MMORPG again, I miss Ragnarok.
Well, to start of the quarter I had Shabu-Shabu at my place. I was hoping it'll turn out disasterous because well I'm terrible in planning events, but it turned out better than I expect it to be. Quite exciting. It was really good, and I'm glad Jess came through and bought a whole bunch of food, or rather brought a whole bunch of food. It was a fun experience and we all came out quite full and without a stomach ache, so I guess yes, it was fun. Sadly the white elephant game failed, because only Jess and I brought gifts. Well I got new kitchen plates, I guess it'll somehow prove useful, maybe. We cleaned up and watch some youtube and parted ways. But it was an exciting 3 hours and I hope we are able to do this again. Maybe with more people, but too many people and my table won't fit. Besides its only fun when we are all sitting around ONE table and eating from ONE pot. Heh, life is good.
